After years in the spotlight, we shifted behind the scenes, working as agents for seven years with one of the top companies in the business. We’ve built strong relationships with casting directors and learned exactly what they’re looking for—because we’ve been on both sides of the table.
Rogue Talent Management was born out of a need for something different: an agency that puts artists first. That sees you as a whole person, not just a headshot and résumé. We built this to do things our way—with integrity, intention, and a deep understanding of the industry we love.

Jaime grew up in Calgary, Canada and holds a Bachelors of Arts in Dance from the University of Calgary. She danced professionally with Carnival Cruise Lines from 2008 - 2013 followed by a season with Kloetzel&Co, a contemporary dance company in Calgary. She then went on to work for one of the top talent representation companies in the industry for seven years, developing a department to represent dancers and singers and working as their lead booking agent. Through her experience as a freelance teacher and choreographer, and as an agent, she realized her true passion: helping performers land the job of their dreams. Mentoring young dancers and singers, nurturing a supportive relationship between agent and performer, is what drives her every day. Well, that and her incredible husband and three crazy kids!
